HCA-YOLO PHYSICIAN FORUM ON WEDNESDAY, OCT. 4

The next Health Care For All - Yolo chapter event will be a Physician Forum, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Oct. 4, at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Davis library, 27074 Patwin Road., Davis. The panel will discuss the question: "How does the current health insurance system interfere with the doctor-patient relationship?

Participating physicians: Dr. David Naliboff, Administrator of Internal Medicine, Kaiser Hospital Sacramento South, Dr. Pat Moore Pickett, Sutter Davis Medical Group, Dr. Chuck Halsted, retired UC Davis Medical School Professor, and Dr. Laura Hoffman, Kaiser Sacramento. Dan Braunstein will be the moderator.

This forum will be an opportunity to hear concerns from the medical community regarding the current insurance system, and suggestions regarding reform from their perspective. Audience questions will be welcomed. For further information, contact Jerry Marr, (530)759-9928.
