The finances for SB 840 are still in development. Senator Kuehl has introduced SB 1014 which lays the groundwork for how the financing of the healthcare plan.

In general, all monies going into healthcare are funneled through a "single payer" mechanism. This single payer is a public trust. Revenues are to be collected through several different kinds of taxes.
